A leading property investment company based in Watford are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Administrator and PA  to support the Property Asset Management team.

This is a varied admin role which calls upon your solid administration experience working in a corporate environment. Property experience is useful but is not essential.

Duties include

  • Organising meetings and keeping the team diary and movement schedule
  • Admin support to the team; typing, travel arrangements, printing and preparing reports
  • Liaising with external parties and building great relationships internally
  • Keeping all the team administration up to date
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Co-ordinate invoices and purchase orders
  • Using Word, Excel and Outlook on a daily basis.

This role would suit a candidate with at least 1 year PA and 2 years team admin experience.

It is a lovely team environment and suits someone who enjoys being the hub of the team.
