Fab Temp Reception opportunities

We have amazing new opportunities for the top temp Receptionists to make their mark in a creative company based in Central London. We are looking for confident, pro-active and hardworking people to work for our London-based clients. As the face of the company, you must be well-presented with a professional yet friendly and approachable manner as you will be greeting all visitors and artists arriving at the offices. You will also be responsible for issuing visitor passes, operating a busy switchboard, responding to emails, organising post, liaise with core office departments including facilities, catering and human resources, taking control of diary management and travel coordination, booking meeting rooms; managing expenses and confident with Microsoft packages. 

Receptionist bookings can last from one day up to several weeks. Ideally you need to be immediately available! You must be confident and a quick learner so that you can hit the ground running straight away.  The ideal candidate will have had previous reception/admin experience.
 
We’re looking for candidates who have experience of working as a receptionist and can demonstrate a clear passion for creative industries.  This role will suit someone who is motivated to be a positive part of the dynamic and fast moving company culture. All in all a great communicator, that can make an excellent first impression, with the opportunity to grow within the business.
