I am currently recruiting a Project Coordinator for a Business Psychologist Consultancy based in Londons West End. The position is a great opportunity to join a leading consultancy in the application of psychology to business. This Project Coodinator role is a full time permanent position paying £25,000 pa.

The role will involve working closely with the Project Managers across various clients and projects and supporting a team. The candidate must degree educated 2.1 or above, or equivalent and possesses grade A's and B's at A' level, or equivalent.

Previous experience in client facing/project management roles, along with a solid academic background is strongly desired.

Duties

  • Support Project Managers in ensuring successful running of client accounts.
  • Manages own, smaller clients effectively.
  • Supports the Project Manager in working closely with Client Director, attend client meetings.
  • Complex diary management.
  • Tracking monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the project.
  • Responsible for ensuring accuracy of client related financial processes, invoices and PO's.
  • Attends monthly meetings with finance to review the client profitability.
  • Co-ordinating, preparing and providing administrative support to client events.
  • Data Entry

Key skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate confidence, credibility and flexibility in managing all of their stakeholders.
  • High levels of organisation; prioritising and planning skills in managing multiple work streams.
  • Excellent Admin Skills- proficient in Windows packages, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are key to success in this position.
  • Customer orientated- being an outstanding face of the company through relationships with clients.
  • Enthusiasm and helpfulness of others.
  • Flexibility and adaptability- confidence and optimism in the face of ambiguity and the ability to contribute new ideas and approaches, and grasp new methodologies.
  • Previous experience in client facing/project management roles, along with a solid academic background is strongly desired.
