Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager you will provide support and advice to managers around elements of managing and learning and developing talent within the business

Duties will include:

  • Advising and supporting teams across different divisions of the business.
  • To develop and manage various processes that are used to support the development of employees.
  • Support managers with internal projects; this can range from coordinating assessment centres to career development reviews.
  • Provide reports and analysis for development of employees including appraisals and PDPs.
  • Maintain online learning and training portal.
  • Provide and support projects as needed working closely with the Talent Manager.

Your experience will include:

  • Learning and Development.
  • Experience at delivering training and presentations.
  • Proficient in various systems from HR/Talent systems to Microsoft Office.
  • Self motivation to drive continuous improvements.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Be able to maintain productive working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Monitor the impact of the implementation to change to services
  • Contribute to the team and help the team improve its service
