Our wonderful Client in the West End is looking for a hands on, dynamic Facilities Assistant to join their team. Paying up to 30K

Responsibilities
 Maintain and order office keys, cupboards, pedestals and other equipment
 Maintain supplier files to include matching up of purchase order numbers, orders, delivery note to invoice, etc
 Assist with DSE assessments
 Create new vendor accounts
 Code supplier invoices
 Maintain bicycle and locker allocation
 Allocate daily visitor passes
 Place catering supplies
 Assist with the administration of office moves
 Place orders for stationery and printing
 Recall and send off archive boxes for Baar and UK office
 Manage names plates and desk numbering
 Check meeting rooms daily
 Produce monthly phone list
 Daily contact between Maintenance Officer and suppliers, if machines, i.e. coffee machines, dishwashers, vending machines break down
 Administrative assistance on various projects
 Inform security and reception of supplier/contractor visitors
 Carry out facilities inductions
Education & Experience requirements
 Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent), as a minimum requirement
