Organised and efficient, proactive PA required to join a growing, super cool marketing agency!

Our client, an incredibly exciting and creative marketing agency is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic candidate for an all encompassing PA role based in central London.

Your responsibilities will involve keeping the team in shipshape, with duties such as managing a calendar of busy team meetings, complex travel arrangements, minute taking and onboarding- so you must have experience in those areas. You will also be involved with new investee search support, so managing queries from companies seeking investment and maintaining the company data base- this will require a keen eye for detail. Additionally, the role will also involve further project work across marketing, search and investment. All in all- an incredibly diverse, challenging and exciting position in which you’d play a vital role in the smooth running of the business. 

The ideal candidate will be;

• Extremely organised
• Proactive with a keen sense of initiative
• Unafraid of mucking in with everything and have a great attitude doing so
• Humble and able to get on with everyone
• Passionate, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial!

You must also be fluent in English- any additional languages would be a bonus- and have 3-4 years relevant experience.
