Client Support Executive

8am to 5pm or 2pm to 10pm

As our Client Support Executive you will be looking after our Clients both UK and Overseas, an important part of the role will be to  look after our German clients so it is essential that you are fluent in German both written and verbal, we would expect that you would have lived in Germany for a period of time to enable you to pick up the nuances of the language.

Whist it would be ideal to have someone with Customer Service experience gained within the Financial sector, we will consider candidates that are recent graduates that are confident and clear communicators. 

Typically responsibilities will include

• Running on-line searches and matching / comparing against internal and external company listings
• Administering the set up of new client accounts
• Taking incoming and making outbound calls to/from clients
• Responding to client enquiries via email
• Processing client withdrawals and internal account transfer requests
• Assisting clients with the use of their accounts and the online platform
• Providing basic technical/trading support for clients
• Electronic filing
• Scanning and photocopying
• Archiving documents
• Mail mergers
• Sending out welcome letters to clients
