This international watch and jewellery brand are searching for adaptable and passionate after sales administrators who love customer facing roles, are numerate, are process driven and are looking for a role to stay in.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handling after sales enquiries such as repairs and servicing 
  • Dealing with general customer service enquiries
  • Liaising with vendors 
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Diary scheduling


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have an engaging personality with excellent communication skills
  • Have a strong background within a luxury brand and customer service environment
  • Be extremely detail orientated
  • Enjoy working in a team with minimum hierarchy
  • Have solid administrative experience and relish accuracy and anticipating problems.
  • DBS checked
