Main Tasks:

  • Undertake secretarial (audio typing) and administration duties
  • Undertake secretarial/administration duties and support the team of 6, whilst providing holiday cover for other secretaries/assistants on the wider team
  • Deal with enquiries from clients and intermediaries
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements/ procedures and assist with projects as required
  • Assist in the due diligence & take-on procedures required for new clients
  • On-boarding new client details as necessary
  • Act as liaison between Investment Managers and Settlement departments
  • Database amendments
  • Maintain up to date Investment Administration and regulatory knowledge
  • General administration duties to give assistance and support to the team including answering telephones, bulk mailings, photocopying, scanning and written/verbal communication with clients
  • Assist with client records (KYC input)
  • Assist with Deceased Client process

 

Relevant experience is required in secretarial, operational and administrative work. Strong Microsoft Office Word, Outlook (emails) and Excel skills. Good command of written English. Good communication skills, particularly on the telephone.
