Are you an excellent Secretary who is a fast and accurate typist?  Do you want to join an amazingly friendly company in the heart of the City?

My client is an excellent employer and they are looking for a Secretary with good Audio and Copy typing skills to support a small team of 6, they are fair and respectful and ultimately strive to provide a working environment that their employees don't want to leave.

We are recruiting a Secretary to join their team for a role which mainly involves typing (both Audio and Copy), so if that is your passion, this is for you!

Duties are:

  • Provide timely and accurate audio and general copy typing for the team of 6
  • Answer the phone, take messages and transfer calls as necessary
  • Set up new client details as necessary
  • Liaise with the appropriate department in respect of all admin queries and amendments to client information
  • Filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning and sorting of post

It is essential for this role that you have good, fast typing skills (both audio and copy) and have experience in professional services , we ideally would like someone who has worked in Financial Services. Candidates should have good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
