Client Services Executive - Private Investment Firm - Victoria

I have an exciting opportunity for a bright individual to join a Private Investment firm in Victoria as a Client Services Executive within their Client Services Team.

This is a brilliant role working within a great team of 8 individuals in the Client Services Team reporting to their Client Services Director.

The role would involve generating sensitive financial data for transactional processes, processing ad-hoc and batch payments to investors and intermediaries. The role as a Client Services Executive would also involve maintaining the performance of the Company's client relationship management database.

Further duties would involve:
* Creating data in order to upload batch payments to multiple investors or intermediaries
* Inputting data in a timely and accurate manner to CRM system
* Identifying missing or incorrect data, and taking responsibility to ensure that it is either amended or reported
* Creating reports on our CRM system, and manipulating and analysing to identify issues and trends
* Assisting other Rockpool team members to access the information they require
* Ensuring professional management and completion of tasks in a timely fashion
