A fantastic opportunity for a team secretary within a leading insurance company. The ideal candidate will have solid experience within a similar role (ideally insurance) and be able to go into the position and hit the ground running. The role will initially be on a temporary basis for a few months before turning permanent.
You will be proactive, friendly and a team player.
Duties include:
- Extensive diary management
- Organise and schedule meetings (including room bookings, lunch arrangements, IT set-up etc.)
- Expense Management
- Drafting of paperwork and correspondence including reports, presentations etc.
- Minute taking
- Answering and screening calls, taking messages
- Liaising with external parties, brokers and clients
- Collating papers for various Board/Committee meetings
- Creating and maintaining Claims files
- In addition to the above key responsibilities, you may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as the Company may reasonably require
