We have a fantastic opportunity to work in the Facilities team of a global financial services company. They are a brilliant company who value their staff. This is a Facilities Services / Hospitality Services Assistant role for someone with amazing customer service skills. 

This role would suit someone who has previously worked within a fine-dining environment with amazing high end hospitality experience. 

Working as part of the Facilities team duties will include: 

  • Prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings and serve refreshments 
  • Clean and reset meeting rooms once they have been used 
  • Provide Waiter / Waitress services for lunches in house  
  • Asst with the set up of parties and lunches
  • Administration of booking lunches, organising cooks, printing menus 
  • Liaise with clients regarding in house lunches or parties, confirming attendees, checking on allergies etc 
  • Maintain the wine and champagne stocks and reorder as required 
  • Restock stationery in all the meeting rooms 
  • Liaise with external flower companies to ensure office flowers and displays are kept to a high standard 
  • Keep coffee / tea / sugar etc fully stocked 
  • Manage maintenance issues
