You will be given excellent exposure in a fast-paced, fascinating industry and the role will be challenging and varied.
Responsibilities:
- Document management, adding and keeping records up to date/accurate both on paper and on our internal database
- Assistance with marketing, social media and advertising
- Answering calls, directing to the appropriate consultant and taking messages as required
- Administrative support within the recruitment process; formatting CVs, arranging interviews etc.
- Supporting senior consultants with the recruitment for high profile clients
- Screening candidates cvs and applications
- Welcoming clients and candidates
- General ad hoc office administration
Requirements:
- Educated to A Level or equivalent
- Hardworking, engaged and dedicated
- Very professional and well presented
- An interest in recruitment and financial services
- A great work-ethic and teamwork skills
- A desire to develop skills and take on responsibilities
- A willingness to get involved in all areas of the business and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong MS Office and technical skills
- Previous experience using a CRM system/database desirable
