Working for a large property investment company based in Central London.

You will be based on Reception providing PA and Administration support to 2 consultants. You will work along side another PA working closely together to make sure reception is always covered and office is running smoothly.

Duties:

  • provide admin support to the office and 2 senior property consultants
  • Document prep
  • Audio typing and note taking
  • Occasional rent collection
  • Dealing with leases and legal documents
  • Creating property schedules
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Deal with the post
  • Book any couriers necessary
  • Errands including making tea and making lunch
  • Book meeting rooms
  • Order supplies for the office and kitchen
  • Looking after meeting rooms
  • Busy phones

Skills:

  • This will be your 2nd or 3rd role
  • You will have worked in property before
  • Typing speed of 60WP
  • Audio typing
  • Good Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated

The office is relatively casual, dress down Fridays. They are high energy and passionate about what they do. You need to have a great sense of humour, be happy and laid back.
