This is a great opportunity for someone who has 6 months to a years' experience within an office based support role. You will be based on Reception where you will greet all guests and ensure the front of house area is organised and tidy. You will be responsible for organising all the meeting rooms, ordering supplies, dealing with couriers and setting up lunches for meetings. The other part of the role will see you creating expenses reports, booking meetings, filing, assisting with Operations and HR related projects and ad hoc support for the PA's plus more.

We are looking for an individual who is incredibly professional, friendly and works well within a team environment. You will be approachable in nature and show a willingness to be flexible and learn as you go. You must have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their career in a support role.
