We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised candidate to join a small but growing team of business coaches as PA to their founder and Team Assistant.

As PA/Team Assistant it will be your responsibility to look after the founder in his day-to-day activities from diary management and travel bookings to researching clients and producing PowerPoint presentations.

In this exciting role where no two days are the same, as well as looking after the founder, you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly. This will include answering phones, ordering office supplies and managing the CRM database, as well as supporting the wider team with travel bookings and proof-reading documents. As it is a small company, there will be opportunity to get involved in other areas of the business such as marketing and social media. To be successful in this role, you must have some previous office experience and have excellent attention to detail, with fantastic spelling and grammar skills for all the documents you’ll be proof-reading. Additionally you must be super organised and enjoy being in a support role where you are the right-hand person to those you’re supporting, ensuring their lives run smoothly.

Working for a lovely, friendly team in fantastic offices, this is a great opportunity for someone who may or may not have worked as a PA before, to go in and learn the ropes and build their PA and administration skills.
