Our client, a global leader in their field, based in the West End, Green Park currently has an opening for a top EA to support a new Executive.  You will work very closely with your boss and being a real right hand person.

You will be expected to run with things and anticipate ahead of the game.  There will be heavy diary management and making best use of time, organising meetings and vc calls across numerous time zones.  Booking travel and accommodation. Monitoring email inbox and responding on your bosses behalf and being a real gate-keeper.  Making sure that everything runs smoothly and no balls are dropped.  You will need to be firm but fair and ensure your boss is in the right place at the right time.  Attention to detail is absolute key as you will be formatting and proof reading high quality documentation.  You will be  a real team player and someone with a muck in attitude.  You will have excellent communication skills at all levels.  

You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment where you will be juggling about 15 plus projects at anyone time.  No two days are the same. You will be completely flexible in terms of working hours - this is not a job for a clock watcher.

Degree educated would be a real advantage as would solid experience from a finance house/investment banking.
