PA – West End | Temp to Perm | £13.00 – 15.00 per hour / £30,000

Based in the heart of the West End of London, working for a leading consultancy supporting at team of Consultants, providing first class support organising activities and liaising with clients at all levels. 

You will have experience of complex diary management, scheduling, working across multiple time zones, organising travel, proof reading, assisting with projects from fruition to completion, attending meetings internally and externally, supporting with all administration to ensure the Consultants schedules run efficiently and smoothly. 

You will be intermediate to advanced using MS Word, Excel and Outlook, have high attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, ability to deal with people face to face and over the telephone, flexible, adaptable and confident in own ability.  You must also have had experience of supporting more than one person at a time and have a solid academic background.
