Receptionist

A super exciting new Receptionist role has become available working for a talent agency based in West London. This is an opportunity to join a creative, dynamic and professional company who have offices based in London and LA. They work with high profile clients and they are looking for a well presented, highly personable and a service minded Receptionist to join the team to be the face of the company.  
  
The main responsibility is to act as the first point of contact to guests visiting their London offices, they are a professional yet friendly company and the Receptionist will be expected to give a fantastic first impression to all guests visiting. You will liaise with the Operations team, organise travel for clients and visitors, screen calls, update client lists and so much more. This is a fast paced and varied role, you will hit the ground running in this fun and buzzy environment.
 
The successful candidate will be well presented, articulate and super personable. You will be a go to person, always approachable and ready to assist however big or small the request. An interest or experience within Media and Entertainment is beneficial.
                                                                                         
Salary: up to £25k
