I have a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring and exciting Not for Profit organisation for a Team Assistant and Project Coordinator.
This role will see you working across all programme areas, supporting all members of the team with all administrative support. You will identify and administer funding donations, as well as acting as the first point of contact for charity beneficiaries. You will provide full admin support to include minuting meetings, managing databases and scheduling team meetings. You will coordinate Board meetings and be involved with additional projects as well as working closely with the events team on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get involved in all areas of the business are essential to be successful in this role. You will have proven administrative experience, be highly efficient and organised as well as naturally professional and an excellent communicator. You will enjoy meeting with a huge variety of people on a regular basis, be confident in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and enjoy making a difference.
