Based in London's exciting West End, this boutique recruitment company is seeking an organised and bubbly Office Administrator to join their growing team. They specialise in the creative sector and emulate the industries culture within the company itself.

This role is exciting and can offer the right person the growth and scope to really make the job their own and progress to an Office Manager position!

Key responsibilities of the Office Administrator include:

  • To manage the meeting rooms, booking system and the office diary
  • As Social Secretary, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the culture of the company, to ensure a positive atmosphere.
  • Organisation and delivery of events and social activities social activities (Friday drinks), celebrations (including religious holidays), birthdays, charity days, floorspace decoration, internal events, etc.
  • To be proficient in all social media channels - posting relevant content / engaging with candidates & clients
