This outstanding Graduate Investor Relations Administrator career opportunity is based in Mayfair for a thriving and entrepreneurial Investment company with a meritocratic and performance-driven culture that encourages and develops exceptional individuals in all areas of the business.

As a key member of the dynamic Business Development Team, you will work closely with Sales Managers providing exceptional administrative and client service for intermediaries and the direct investor community whilst maximising revenues and acting as a first point of contact for advice and queries.

Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will also support a small number of Business Development Managers, attending roadshows and events and acting as an Ambassador for the business.

*Working closely with Business Development Managers providing support to clients
*Liaising with internal and external clients regarding requests for literature, investment information, investor application forms, mailouts, certificates etc
*Handling telephone queries from financial intermediaries and investors and actioning
*Cold calling to arrange meetings
*Attending roadshows and events
*Acting as an Ambassador for the business
*Working closely with the Client Services and Marketing teams
