Legal Receptionist

This brand new Legal Receptionist vacancy represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist in London.

An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Receptionist to join a top US and International law firm in a highly impressive location in London, paying a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum (pro-rated based upon the FTE of £37,500).  This will be a permanent role, working five days a week from 9.00am to 3.00pm with no break. 

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact and the main responsibility will be to provide a full reception cover and provide an efficient, client focused and professional service to partners, staff and clients.

We are seeking someone who is confident in working face to face with clients, partners and staff, able to work under pressure during busy periods, bubbly, enthusiastic, professional, discreet and well presented. 

Therefore, in this sophisticated, multi-national practice, a team orientated, proactive approach is required.  Main duties to include but are not limited to: conference room scheduling (reservations, confirmations, organising catering and setting up audio visual equipment), answering & directing phone calls as well as maintaining a welcoming, professional and service-orientated approach at all times.

The ideal candidate will possess strong client service skills, twinned with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong IT proficiency and the ability to prioritise workloads are all essential skills required for this role. In addition the successful candidate will have experience in providing a front of house service in a City or US law firm.
