Iconic British Luxury Brand - HR Advisor

One the UK’s leading luxury brands is now recruiting a HR Advisor to report to the Head of HR.  The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Head of HR, UK to provide Generalist Advice to dedicated Client Groups on HR related matters within the company. 

Key responsibilities include:-

-    Employee Relations
-    HR Policies and Procedures
-    Recruitment
-    HR Analysis

The ideal HR Advisor will ideally be part CIPD qualified or equivalent.  They should have proven experience of working in a generalist HR role at HR Advisor/Officer level and experience of liaising with payroll.  Experience of drafting HR related documentations is important along with an understanding of HR systems.  Experience of communicating at all levels is key.  This is a very newly created team and the company is expanding rapidly.  Please get in touch to learn more about this lovely opportunity.
