Amazing new EA role just in! This is an EA role working for an incredibly busy individual who works in the retail, consumer and leisure practice for a boutique Executive Search firm. This role is for an EA who wants to be busy and make the role their own. 

Ideally, you will have EA experience working within Executive Search however this is more around personality fit for their team. We are looking for an EA who is incredibly bright, hard working, on the ball, proactive and a team player. This is a delightful company to work for who value their staff. 

EA duties will include: 

• Liaising with candidates and clients and acting as the point of contact 
• Organising interviews 
• Organising travel and accommodation 
• Ensure consultant has all necessary details before candidate interviews 
• Extensive diary management 
• Preparing all administrative duties for the search process including formatting, proof reading, preparing presentations etc
• Invoicing 
• Marketing 
• Organising events 
• Ad hoc projects
