Our client of a highly regarded Fashion Company is looking for a Payroll / HR Administrator. 

This a great opportunity for those who have a passion for fashion with experience in payroll administration. The company value their staff and there are several perks and benefits working here. 

Your duties will include:

  • Dealing with and delivering all pay related admin and services
  • Running checks an reports to maintain payroll accuracy
  • Monitoring data to make sure everything is correct and up to date
  • Exceptional management of payments and payment stops
  • Providing data and reporting to HR, Finance, Tax and so on
  • Managing payroll documentation and filing
  • Maintaining and sticking to the payroll guidelines
  • Providing support to the HR Operations team when required to

The selected person must have at least a year’s experience dealing with payroll admin and have an understanding of HMRC rules and guidelines and Excel. You must also be able to think outside the box and be willing to muck in where needed.  This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an amazing company.
