OfficeTeam has an exciting Permanent opportunity for a Senior Team Assistant to work for one of the world's largest trading group based in The City of London. This permanent role offers a salary up to £40,000 per annum and excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Planning, facilitating and concluding the Monday Morning Conference.
  • Preparation of minutes and distributing agendas
  • Support the planning and co-ordination of projects and initiatives
  • Supporting the development of internal content, agendas, guidelines etc.
  • Co-ordinating events and meeting arrangements
  • Prepare/collate presentations
  • Corporate Communications / Internal Communications
  • Responsible for Online content and intranet
  • Maintaining relationships with external online service providers
  • Planning Strategic Meetings & Company Initiatives
  • Team Administration

Desired Experience:

  • Organisational skills with an ability to work under own initiative within specified deadlines
  • A team player with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Confident to liaise with senior management.
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Japanese language skills preferable.
