Creative Agency with Entertainment at its heart, is looking for a bright and fun Executive Assistant to support their Chief Creative Officer. This agency is unique, using entertainment to connect brands. It is a small agency with a family feel and unique approach. As such, they are looking for a unique and interesting EA to join their team.
Based in cool and creative offices in East London, this is a buzzy environment full of sharp talent. A top requirement for this role, alongside 5 years’ experience as an EA, is being experienced and FUN!
As EA, you will be supporting the Chief Creative Officer with anything and everything to make his life easier! This will include diary management, travel booking, meeting preparation, liaising with external clients, maintaining excellent relationships across the business and with clients, helping to manage the CCO’s workflow, some personal work and much more! You will be heavily relied upon and should be a muck in character, willing to do whatever is required!
To be considered for this role, you must be an organised EA from an agency background with experience supporting a creative (creative director, ECD, CCO etc.) within entertainment/ advertising/ media/ production. You will have at least 5 years’ experience as an EA and will be suited to a creative agency. You should be confident with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent communication, professional but fun, good under pressure and used to supporting a creative.
