Knight Frank is the world’s largest independent property agency and we are seeking bright and ambitious people seeking long term careers in the property industry.

Based in our Global HQ in Baker Street, our International Residential Sales team are looking to recruit an Italian Operations Administrator, on a 12 Month Fixed term basis.

You will be responsible for providing operational support to Knight Frank’s Italian associate offices, and administrative support to the Italian team in London.

As Operations Administrator, your duties will include

  • Travel booking
  • Document management
  • Assisting with negotiations and creating agreements
  • Marketing duties such as advertising new properties and creating brochures
  • Assisting with campaigns and events
  • accounts management & invoicing
  • Updating the internal database
  • Training

Ideally, you will have a strong administrative background, and an interest in international property.  A good working knowledge of Microsoft office is a given, knowledge of the Italian language would be preferred, but not essential.

As Operations Administrator you will be organised, flexible and pro-active, with excellent communications skills and great attention to detail.
