Based in idyllic Dulwich Village, our Residential Sales team are looking to recruit an Office Manager who will ensure the smooth running of the office, as well as providing an effective PA service to the Office Head.

As Office Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and email management
  • Document preparation and typing
  • Monthly reporting and invoicing
  • Managing the office social media
  • Compiling brochures
  • Organising events
  • General facilities management

You will be required to assist with new starters and act as the point of liaison for HR issues

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Office Manager role and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office.

As Office Manager, you must be able to multi-task, remain calm under pressure and work well within a team. You will have a strong administrative and organisational background.
