Float Assistant (fluent in German or Italian)

Initially a 6 month contract, this is a superb opportunity for a candidate fluent in Italian or German, to join a renowned investment client based in the City.

Seeking an experienced assistant, this role will give you fantastic exposure to all levels within this department. Ideally, you will already have experience of being a float assistant within Finance. 

Responsibilities:

• Arranging multiple diaries/calendars
• Scheduling meetings 
• Booking international travel/visa arrangements/accomodation

This role is paying £19.50 per hour plus overtime. Core hours are 8am - 6pm
