Exciting new role for a bright and hardworking administrator to support the HR team at this prestigious Consultancy Firm based in Central London.
If you have up to two years of administrative experience within professional services and are looking for a new challenge within HR, this may be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR databases are up to date
- Support monthly payroll process
- Assist with new hire on-boarding processes:
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information as required
- Assist with coordination of HR projects, meetings and training
- Assist with the management of HR email inbox
- Collaborate with HR team on recruitment activities including setting up of interviews and issue relevant correspondence
- Provide administration assistant coverage for HR Manager and HR Team
- Ad-hoc preparation of reports and analysis
Requirements:
- Experience working within an administrative role within a professional services firm
- Excellent organisational skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, a real team player
- Exercises good judgement, knows when to flag issues and when to handle independently
- Flexible, adaptable and hard-working
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong academic background
