Matchstick are currently recruiting for a well known luxury brand based in Mayfair. The role is a Client Services Administrator and is a contract role for 12 months.

The role is located at their store based office and you will work 5 days per week, including some Saturdays per month. 

Looking after the after-sales customer service support with HNWIs (via email, phone and some face-to-face)- essential to be articulate, helpful, polite and friendly!

Excellent IT skills required and SAP knowledge would be a bonus.
