They are currently recruiting for a Client Relations Specialist to join the team during this exciting, busy time.

THE COMPANY:

They are currently recruiting for a Client Relations Specialist to join the team during this exciting, busy time.
THE ROLE:
- Acting as the key point of contact for customers, owning and resolving all queries through excellent relationship management and service
- Respond to all email and written enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring every customer is kept up to date with processes at all times
- Keep up to date with all products and services offered, as well as ensuring accurate and current industry knowledge
- Dealing with all inbound and outbound phone queries, ensuring a professional and excellent manner at all times
- There will be the opportunity to work on and deliver internal projects (e.g. digital improvements/process enhancements)
- Engaging with customers, achieving trust and loyalty is built and established
- Gathering accurate and relevant feedback to ensure a true understanding of the customers’ requirements
- Organise and facilitate face to face meetings with direct investors where applicable
- Giving ideas and suggestions on any ways to improve the experience for clients
- Obtain the skills and knowledge to become a product expert within the team and overall business
THE PERSON:
- Solid, proven experience in a similar customer service role within a Financial Services environment
- Have or be willing to gain in depth knowledge regarding AML (anti money laundering), DPA (data protection) and any other regulatory requirements as required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage own workload and work under pressure
- Ensuring accurate time management at all times
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Must have an innovative attitude towards customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as working well as part of a team
