Our client, a leading sustainable energy company in central London is seeking an office administrator to start as soon as possible on a temporary to permanent basis!

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied and all encompassing role. The ideal office administrator will be responsible for meeting and greeting all clients and guests to the office, general office administration whilst providing assistance to the PA and office manager. Typical duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting in a professional manner.
  • Ordering office stationery and supplies.
  • Overflow of administration from the team.
  • PA Duties; diary management, travel organisation, organising client events etc.
  • Junior office management duties

The desirable office administrator will have a can-do attitude with a positive, professional and helpful nature. They are looking for someone who is driven and eager to learn whilst engaging with other members of the team.  

The ideal candidate will be looking for their next step in an office support career and ideally have one years experience in an office support role.  The new role has come about due to an internal promotion, proving an exciting company to work for if career development is an important factor in your next step!
