One of London’s leading global financial services firms are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant within their back office. This role is based in Canary Wharf and is one of their many offices across the world. This role will provide senior support 2 or 3 MD/EDs, alongside providing general support to the wider team. These senior members are focused on someone who will add value and efficiency to their environment.
This role is fast paced and demanding, and your excellent time management will allow you to excel in this role. You will deal with flexible schedules and tasks that are time-sensitive through small levels of inbox management. Booking complex travel, processing expenses and supporting new starts will all contribute to this diverse role, relying heavily on your organisation and coordination skills.
Networking will be a crucial aspect of this role, therefore your ability to integrate into the team will be a invaluable to ensure that you build rapport easily when working alongside both your team and clients. This is an ongoing temporary position.
Skills / Experience required:

- Recent, demonstrable experience gained within a similar role within financial services
- Superior time management skills and the ability to multi task effectively
- Ability to work autonomously whilst still being an integral part of the team
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office application
