PA temps required for amazing Creative companies.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Temp PAs to support all levels of management, working within our illustrious client base in Central London. These opportunities will be looking after a variety of the most creative leaders in Media, including Fashion, Music, Design, Branding, Film & TV. We are looking for PA’s to step in to some high profile roles to cover sickness, holiday and other absences. All temp roles offer a fast paced, friendly environment that provides plenty of scope to build on your existing skills. These challenging but fun roles require an Assistant that can work under pressure and maintain efficiency at all times. The PA supports the Managing Director and Group Directors in meeting strategic objectives by operating as the supportive backbone of the team. You will be responsible for office management issues, research and project management support.

Key Attributes include being articulate, motivated and detail orientated. You must be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritise and action a high volume of urgent tasks in a fast paced environment. We require an experienced team player with the ability to build a rapport with people at all levels. 

We require someone with excellent administrative support skills such as processing expenses, raising invoices, creating reports, and amending contracts etc. You'd be the first point of contact, telephone screening and handling all enquires, comprehensive, proactive email management, extensive diary management, organisation of Global Travel, and strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills. Ideally someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and ready to take on a role in a dynamic and intuitive Agency.

In order to be successful you must be extremely organised with a friendly, professional and meticulous nature combined with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
To qualify for these temporary positions you must have at least 2 years PA experience, preferably within Media and creative companies and available immediately.
