About the Role:

Your key responsibilities as Head of Business Management will be to lead and direct the Front Office enabling the Head of Private Banking to focus on client related activity.

You will be responsible for:-

• Leading strategic and day-to-day non-client facing activity.
• All areas of Risk Management.
• Leading Transformational Change.
• Managing five direct reports.

About you:

You will be experienced within business management and administration within a wealth management context and have a background in Banking. The need to understand the products and services offered is essential.

Alongside the above experience you will need:-

• Leadership and management experience.
• A degree or related qualification.
• Compliance or Audit experience.
• The ability to work under pressure to set timelines and deadlines.
