We are looking for immediately available HR admin assistants for an ongoing temporary role....

Our client is a property investment company, a really lovely team, based in zone one, they are looking for an administrator to help out with HR admin.

This is a varied role and does require previous HR admin experience. The role includes dealing with confidential information and the ideal candidate will understand the level of trust required.

The role entails:

  • Putting offer letters and contracts together
  • Taking minutes for HR meetings
  • Updating the database and doing mail merges,
  • Lots of filing/ scanning

    There might also be some ad hoc projects to get involved in eg: assisting with an office refurb, space planning etc.

     The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • be able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Take initiative and be able to hit the ground running.
  • Must have some HR admin experience and evidence of dealing with confidential info and understand the level of trust required.

    Paying £12-15 per hour depending on experience.

    Hours: 9am-6pm (3pm finish on Fridays)
