My client located in St Pauls are now urgently seeking an Office Assistant to support senior members of staff. This role offers an exceptional learning platform for someone who is looking to gain new skills within a professional working environment.
A meticulous attitude, and the ability to show confidence in the work you conduct is essential. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a talented team where you will be: Delegating important emails, Assisting the Office Manager and members of the Team, Greeting clients upon arrival, Answering incoming phone calls, & diary management.
Attention to detail is vital in this role, you will be the main go to person for the office, so this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to gain new skills within an office environment.
