Marketing Team Secretary

Love the idea of working in a marketing team?  Do you have 1 years experience or more of working as team secretary within professional services or legal and would love to make the move into a high profile award winning marketing team?

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to support their marketing team as a team secretary.  You will be an expert at prioritising and be able to juggle a number of tasks at one, whilst being able to build relationships with a busy team.   The marketing team are the lynchpin for the firm - they get involved with all new business as well as existing client support including events and yearly conferences.  This is an exciting time to join the firm as they have lots planned! 

You will have previous experience as a team secretary or administrator and be able to demonstrate how you manage conflicting priorities with ease!   You will have strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills and you will be using each package in your day to day role!
