This is an Executive Assistant opportunity for one of London's top Senior PAs and is a highly responsible and senior role requiring gravitas and utmost professionalism.
As well as providing high-level EA and administrative support to the MD and COO, you will have constant interaction with senior stakeholders, requiring a natural ability to build effective business relationships and influence others.
You will also act as Head PA within this Division, ensuring excellent service delivery across the whole department, overseeing individual workloads, chairing monthly meetings and project managing group activities.
This career role would suit a talented EA with Board level Senior PA experience, ideally within Financial Service or Real Estate. Exceptional organisational and advanced MS Office skills are crucial.

Key accountabilities within this EA role include:
*Managing ever-changing diaries for MD and COO
*Making complex travel arrangements
*Preparing reports for Board and committee meetings
*Attending Board meetings and taking minutes
*Collating and maintaining organisational information and documents
*Typing, proofing, formatting and organising presentations and reports
*Gate keeping and managing all incoming communication
*Acting as Head PA within Division
*Assisting with preparing and delivering client conferences and events
*Expense management
*Involvement in projects
*Acting as CRM super user and providing pitch support as required
*Producing PowerPoint presentations and materials
*Extensive liaison with key clients
