Spanish and French Speaking - Customer Service Advisor

Robert Half are currently working with a leading Software solution company, based in the heart of central London looking to recruit a Spanish and French speaking Customer Service Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis.

The purpose of this role is to act as the initial front-line support for the organisation's global network of users. The customer service advisor will need to provide accurate, timely information and support to queries for both internal staff and external users.

The key duties of this role include:

• Act as initial point of contact (via phone, email, or live chat) for users with questions about the software application functionality or experiencing system related issues, escalation to the technical team as required, ensuring that all issues/queries are logged accordingly.
• Coordinates with appropriate internal departments to ensure Authorisation & Authentication documentation is completed appropriately.
• Participates in application user acceptance testing as required.
• Assists with support tasks associated with daily operations, such as filing and copying as required.
• General ad hoc administrative support

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar facing role, have excellent communication and organisational skills and be available to start immediately. The successful candidate will be highly proficient with the MS office package as well as being have exposure to various databases, ideally the usage of Salesforce.
