Role: International Graduate Sales Trainee (Based in PRAGUE)

Location: The beautiful city of Prague in the Czech Republic

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious new graduate to kick-start your international career. You will be based in the gorgeous city of Prague being fully trained as a commercial recruitment consultant. After your training, you will work in Prague for about 12 months as a Recruitment Consultant and Relationship Manager, helping your clients, all global businesses, source staff for their offices. The training you will be given is outstanding, thorough and will open doors for you both in terms of a recruitment career itself , and then eventually a move to within HR if that is what you want to do.

Languages required: English + either Dutch, German, Scandinavian languages or Italian
The Role
As a trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will perform a role that involves developing excellent relationships with companies to help them find their staff. You will develop a wide network of contacts who are looking for jobs and will interviewing job applicants then " match" them to the companies you know are looking for staff .
DUTIES
*Developing good relationships with existing and new B2B clients
*Making outbound introductory telesales calls to new clients, sending out marketing packs, and following up.
*Building up a picture of your clients staffing requirements
*Advertising jobs
*Using linkedIn, job boards and social media to source applicants
*Developing a huge network of people who trust you to find them work
*Interviewing job applicants, taking copies of passports and work related documentation
* "matching" candidates to job vacancies
*Negotiating salaries and applicant start dates
*Working to agreed goals and sales revenue targets
REQUIREMENTS:
*Fluent English (+ additional language if possible)
