A renowned City Law firm seeking an Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Colchester office.
They are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant, who wants the perks of working for a City based Law firm, along with the luxury of maybe working closer to home.
They truly are an excellent firm to work for and will be seeking a candidate who can demonstrate a variety of Admin/Secretarial skills as well as the determination and tenacity to support a number of fee earners.
Duties include:
o A typing speed of +60wpm, together with relevant legal secretarial experience.
o Experienced in both audio and copy typing.
o Ability to co-ordinate large documents using Word.
o Familiar with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet applications.
o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
*ILEX Secretarial qualification.
*A typing speed of +60wpm, together with relevant Admin/legal secretarial experience.
*A high attention to detail to produce work / documentation which is consistently of a high standard.
*Familiar with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Internet applications.
*Ability to prioritise workload to increase efficiency for the team.
