Reports to Executive Director - Head of Product Development

Assist with the coordination, governance and management of internal committee and board processes.

Key Accountabilities and Scope

In respect of all key internal committee and board meetings


  • Manage their organisation


  • Coordinate and input into the production of all papers required for such meetings
  • Ensure follow up on all action points arising
  • Production of minutes
  • Assistance in the monitoring of such meetings and associated processes to ensure good corporate and product governance
  • Assistance in the preparation of any reports from any internal committee or boards to other parts of the business


  • Work with all parts of the business to assist in group corporate governance arrangements and maintenance
  • Act as point of internal liaison for any external company secretarial functions in respect of regular board meetings, AGMs and EGMs
  • Liaise regularly with colleagues in global offices as well as company directors
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as required by the product development and legal teams

  • Skills and Qualifications

    • Must have excellent organisational and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
    • Whilst formal legal qualifications are preferred but not essential, some legal background or experience operating in a legal environment is desirable
    • Must remain calm under pressure
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
    • Must be able to multi-task effectively and be proactive
    • Must be able to develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation
    • Must display a high level of professionalism at all times
    • Minimum Intermediate level Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Experience within the Financial Services Industry desirable
