Team Assistant with Ad Agency experience - £25k

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Team Assistant from a Media or Creative Ad Agency (minimum 1 years' experience) to move into TV working on some of the biggest, multi-award winning formulas on TV.

You will be part of the team responsible for sponsorships and brand partnerships for some very well known and current TV shows.  The role will involve:

• diary management and meeting coordination to include hospitality
• administration of the delivery of Sponsorship partnerships
• dealing with coordination of product placement
• attendance at shows ensuring VIP guests are logistically organised
• organising and ensuring hospitality budget is in control
• preparing and distributing presentations to brand partners
• gathering information for reviews of partnership campaigns
• developing and maintaining excellent relationships with external parties including Sponsorship clients, Media and Creative Agencies, PR agencies etc.

With at lest one years' admin and support experience within a Media or Creative/Digi Agency you will have a strong Team Assistant background and will have developed a thorough and in-depth understanding of the media landscape and will have excellent communication and relationships skills as well as exemplary coordination and team support experience.
