We are seeking a dynamic and customer focussed Receptionist / Welcome Host at one of our prestigious client sites in the West-End of London.

Contracted hours - 16 per week - Working Saturdays and Sundays. An interest in cars is a big advantage!

Job Purpose:

• To provide a world-class, client-facing Front of House service in line with the ISS global vision
• To proactively anticipate our client needs at all stages of the customer journey in line with the ISS Apple concept
• To be an ambassador of our client and ISS Front of House to blend seamlessly with your client organisation
• To have a full understanding of Front of House products and services
• To take full ownership of your key responsibilities and support the Management Team in providing a world class service
• To be innovative and proactive in finding solutions
• To be proactive in all Visitor Management duties in line with our clients service standards.
• To be a brand ambassador of our client and ISS Front of House

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure the smooth operation of the client site.
• To ensure that all client and visitor request and enquiries are fulfilled and exceed expectations.
• To ensure that all Client site procedures and standards are met, providing a five star meet and greet service at all times and proactively welcoming visitors and tenants.
• To work as part of the Front of House team maintaining five-star standards.
• To assist in the training of where necessary other Client Services and Network Team Members.
• To use the client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines.
• To lead by example at all times and be a role model for the team.
• To maintain excellent working relationships with the other onsite contractors.
• To maintain excellent working relationships with the tenants and designated tenant contact points within the building.
• To adhere to ISS Front of House and client site rules and regulations
• To maintain and use as appropriate ISS Front of House property as provided or recommended, i.e. standard uniform, as well as electronic equipment.
• To carry out other duties or responsibilities that may from time to time be assigned by your manager.
• To maintain the necessary confidentiality on all ISS Front of House and client matters.
• To show responsibility for personal Health and Safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS Front of House and Legal requirement.
• To maintain a professional appearance at all times.

• Offering and serving refreshments.
• Clear and clean crockery that are used to serve our customers ensuring we always have more than enough to serve customers
• Keep all items needed to serve customers fully stocked up with additional stock kept on hand to replenish regularly
• Liaising with the sales team and keeping customers fully informed
• Updating the daily log accurately
• Working Front of House and hosting as per rota requirements
• To cover lifestyle shops, as per rota requirements
• To cover switchboard and congestion charge departments, as per rota requirements
• To cover at Aftersales, as per rota requirements
• Remain focused, professional & customer orientated at all times
• Liaise with other team members to ensure information accuracy on all systems.
• To be part of the drive to continually develop the customer experience
• To be proactive in all customer service duties in line with the client`s service standards.
• To be an ambassador of the client and ISS Front of House
