A dynamic management consultancy in Central London is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to be based in their head office.

Duties & responsibilities:

Graduate Recruitment Coordinator duties:

  • Providing generalist Recruitment support to graduate recruitment team
  • General HR and recruitment system updates
  • Management of summer internship - Overall responsibility for the internship programme
  • Primary contact for all interns answering any queries they have and bringing to the attention of the Graduate Recruitment Manager when necessary
  • Attending recruitment events at target universities to promote opportunities within the company
  • Identify and book venues for recruitment events
  • Host interview days - greet candidates, prepare interview rooms and provide interviewers and candidates with required information
  • Interview day administration – responsible for preparing interview day packs for both candidates and interviewers, along with other associated material
  • Scheduling interviews, including sending invitations to employees and candidates
  • Candidate management - Management of the UK recruiting inbox, responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Processing applications via online recruitment system in accordance with deadlines
  • Onboarding administration - Assisting with the offer process including preparing contracts
  • Ensuring all pre-joiner processes are completed in line with risk & compliance policies
  • Recruitment administration
  • Maintaining accurate data, liaising closely with the Payroll team

Looking for someone personable who can engage with their diverse stakeholder base; also organised and able to handle a busy role in a very complex operating environment. Ideally must have previous graduate recruitment experience in a professional environment. Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience, degree educated calibre and CIPD qualified (although not essential). Must have experience of working within an internal recruitment environment
